A large bag filter is a large-scale dust removal equipment with high air volume, good dust cleaning effect, reliable operation, easy maintenance, and small footprint.

Large bag dust collectors are widely used in the metallurgical industry for dust control and material recovery in steelmaking blast furnaces, raw material coal injection preparation factories, building materials industry, power, chemical industry, carbon black, asphalt concrete mixing, boilers, flue gas dust removal and other industries.

The dust removal mechanism of large bag filter:

The dusty air will enter the dust collector from the middle box, and then it will move downwards. During the flow, it will be filtered by a cloth bag, and the dust will be trapped outside the filter bag. The purified air will then be collected by the clean air box on the cloth bag, and the clean air will be discharged from the air outlet. After the dust collector filters the dusty gas for a certain period of time, the dust resistance on the outer surface of the dust collector bag will gradually increase. It will determine the cleaning time based on the actual measurement situation. When the long bag low-pressure pulse dust collector is working, it will use a pulse controller to send signal instructions, and then the lift valve of each chamber will start to close. After cutting off the filtered airflow, the pulse valve of the chamber will open, and compressed air greater than 0.4MPa will be injected into the clean air chamber, so that the dust on the filter bag can be collected. After the dust collector completes this dust removal action, the lift valve will reopen. Then our bag filter equipment will perform continuous dust removal and cleaning according to the above procedure.

Characteristics of large bag filter:

1. The large bag filter adopts the technology of segmented air stop pulse blowing for dust cleaning, which overcomes the shortcomings of conventional pulse dust collectors and segmented back blowing dust collectors. It has strong dust cleaning ability, low emission concentration, low air leakage rate, low energy consumption, low steel consumption, small footprint, stable operation, and good economic benefits. Suitable for the purification of dusty gases and material recovery in metallurgy, building materials, cement, machinery, chemical, power, and light industry industries.

2. Due to the use of segmented air stop pulse spraying for dust cleaning, the cleaning cycle is extended and the energy consumption for dust cleaning is reduced, resulting in a significant decrease in compressed air consumption. At the same time, the fatigue level of the filter bag and pulse valve is correspondingly reduced, thereby doubling the service life of the filter bag and valve plate.

3. The maintenance and bag replacement can be carried out in separate rooms without stopping the system fan and under normal operating conditions of the system. The filter bag mouth adopts an elastic expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm. The filter bag keel adopts a polygonal shape, which reduces the friction between the bag and the keel, extends the life of the bag, and is easy to unload.

4. Adopting the upper bag extraction method, after extracting the skeleton during bag replacement, the dirty bag is put into the lower ash hopper of the box and removed from the manhole, which meets the operating conditions for bag replacement.

5. The box adopts an airtight design with good sealing performance. The inspection door uses excellent sealing materials, and during the manufacturing process, kerosene is used for leak detection, resulting in a very low air leakage rate.

6. The layout of the inlet and outlet air ducts is compact, with low airflow resistance.
